Once we have visited your property we can put together a comprehensive and detailed Comparable Market Analysis. This will show all comparable properties currently and recently on offer on the open market. Our aim is to show you as much detail as possible for each property including the condition, location, gross internal area, any changes in price and the amount of time the property has been offer.
