Our commission structure rewards beating the market and punishes mediocrity

Our commission is ratcheted which means that the bulk of our payment kicks in if we negotiate a price better than the market value of your property.

Our commission is capped and dependent on your requirement

We never ask for more than 2% (+ VAT) of a sale price or 5% (+ VAT) of rental income and we listen to your requirement before we offer you our terms.

We do not shackle you with restrictive terms

We never ask for sole agency or sole selling rights. In fact, we always recommend the owner instructs at least 2 agents, each with a proven track record and sufficient resources to reach a clearly defined target market.
