We cap our commission at the following levels:
Our commission is always success-based, which means we only get paid if we secure a sale or a tenancy.
Our commission is always staggered, which means the better we negotiate on your behalf, the more we are paid - but never more than 2% for a sale or 5% for a rental.
Our terms never lock the owner into lengthy sole agency periods - in fact, we always recommend owners to instruct at least 2 professional clearly mandated agents when marketing a property.
